1. What is JTP's property portfolio?

We divide the basic portfolio into 4 groups. Art, real estate, precious metals and investment alcohol and selected investment projects. Our portfolios are designed to primarily ensure that the value of the property is maintained and subsequently generated the maximum possible profits.

2. How can I become a shareholder of JTP?

Simply contact us through our website or by phone to arrange a consultation meeting. At this meeting we will discuss your ideas and give you a deeper insight into our business strategy. Consultations can also be done via an online meeting, but we much prefer a face-to-face meeting.

3. What is the minimum investment?

The nominal value of one share is £8,000, which is the minimum possible amount of investment in JTP shares.

4. What is the optimal time period to hold JTP shares?

The minimum period of holding shares is 3 years, after this period the shareholder can take advantage of JTP's obligation to buy back these shares. However, we recommend holding JTP shares for the long term and reap the benefits of them. Considering the low emissions of JTP shares, this is a very exclusive commodity.

5. When can I expect my first earnings from holding JTP shares?

You can have your first dividend paid after a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the shares. Thereafter, the company pays a dividend once a year. Most shareholders do not have a dividend paid every year, in which case the dividend amount will automatically increase the value of their shares.

6. When JTP buys back my share after three or more years, will it always buy them back in cash or can I also be paid in goods from the property of the company?

This is not quite usual and frequent, but we do have clients who are interested in receiving consideration for the redemption of their shares in commodities (art, gold, silver, investment alcohol, etc.). Even in such cases, we can accommodate the client and pay for the redemption of the shares in commodities.
